Return and Refund Policy

Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase available.
Non-Returnable Items
Returned items may not be accepted if they show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing parts, or packaging that is no longer in its original condition. Sale or clearance items can also be excluded if the store chooses to apply that rule.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, though the final posting time can vary by bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a store error, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on the seller’s side.
